Lean Consulting – project basis

Our consultants will come into your work place to co-ordinate your Lean transformation. We will work with you to understand your own organisation as system. We will guide analysis of work in the work area. We can advise on personnel issues you will face when implementing a change to working practice and how to cope with the obstacles you may face. Once improvements have been identified we can guide Project Managers to successful completion to gain the full benefit from a Lean organisation of work.

We will help you to get back to basics by getting you to understand your the reason for your service from a customer point of view. Then measuring your ability to deliver against that reason using measures that marry with what matters to customers. This will give you an understanding of your capacity for improvement.
